AC thermistor defective or not

The picture is 2 units or 1 (one) set of electronic component called a thermistor (in English: Thermistor), serves as a temperature sensor on the AC unit homes, cars and others, the basic principle is the up and down obstacles or prisoners 
depending on the surrounding temperature, the thermistor is divided into two types, namely PTC and NTC while the air conditioner is used type of NTC. Now I will explain how to test it so you better know and could try to replace it yourself if your air conditioner problems with this tool. 

 First prepare the following tools: 
AC thermistor (NTC) that we will test. 
Avometer or multitester. 
Water ice. 
Warm water. 
The steps are: 
Prepare multitester on the position / scale of 1 kilo ohm and two probes from each of the two wires attached to the thermistor, thermistors do not have a polarity like elco so multitester probes or inverted avometer no problem, you will see the scale points to 10 ohms at room temperature (25 ° C) and then dip the core thermistor (a copper or plastic) on the cold water and must show that the greater the resistance value but if dipped in warm water, the barriers must be getting smaller, conclusion of the test was that the thermistor is in good condition and declared faulty if: 
Resistance value does not change even though the temperature is hot or cold. 
Resistance value is infinite, which means thermic in disconnected state. 
Shows 0 ohm resistance value which means the thermal short-circuit or short.

    My air compressor works properly when it is 25C. But if I decrease than 25C, the compressor is working long time and then off. And not atomically on back. If I want to turn on back, i must switch of and on main power supply of the air conditioner.. Could anyone say me what's wrong with my air conditioner

    I am having problem with my dual inverter air condition unit I used for ice block machine,
    it is going off after an hour, giving an information of CH 38 which means no gas but there is gas and it is blocking very well,
    the only thing is that the out door unit do not give out hot air and the condenser is not hot for the thermistor to get enough information of hot temperature as a sign of gas movement.

    what do you think I can do to stop it from going OFF

    After the installation of your DIY Air Conditioning Units you must make sure that you maintain them correctly.
