1 Check the voltage of electricity with a volt meter, if the voltage drop (-220 volts) immediately attach Regutaor Auto Voltage (AVR)

4 Check the wiring on the outdoor electrical socket if there are parts of the damaged cable and socket
5 Check outdorr fan rotation, if the rotation is weak / slow fan capacitor change according to the size of his PK.
6 Check the outdoor fan rotation manually, it is off turn by hand if the fan does not rotate or drag at all means that its bearing is damaged * to use the outdoor air conditioner cooling fan * the same as the indoor and the outdoor air conditioner window fused differences in the fan, if cooling fan uses a small fan to the CPU fan * similar *
7 If everything is in check and there are no symptoms normal conditions as above means the compressor can already be sure BROKEN. Replace the compressor and plug it back cooling fan to Habitat
