Expansion valve

Expansion valve is to eliminate the high-pressure refrigerant is still in liquid form and turn it into a low-pressure and transformed into a gas., Also referred to as the bias valve meters refrigerant.

As the high pressure fluid, refrigerant boiling point has been raised in direct proportion to the pressure. It has a heat content is concentrated into a small area, raise the refrigerant temperature is higher than the air passing through the condenser. This heat will then transfer from the refrigerant to cool air warmer, which will be forwarded to the indoor evaporator, the AC small-scale PK using a capillary tube that will change the liquid refrigerant into a gas form.

Pressure liquid refrigerant out of the compressor high pressure range of 250 ~ 300 psi and then go through the expansion valve and will exit through the expansion valve into the low pressure up to 65 ~ 75 psi depending on how much refrigerant in the compressor into the contents.
