Motor Overload Protector

In the section that contained the air conditioner in the unit OutDoor AC Overload, Motor Overload Protector on the AC compressor is a safety device, which serves disconnects current flowing into the compressor when the compressor is hot. How it works Overload is controlled by heat sensors made of a mixture of metal and non-metallic materials (bimetal). Bimetallic stem that opens and closes automatically electric current to the electric motor (compressor). When bi, this metal at high current passed continuously or condition of the compressor is too hot, it will open so that the bimetallic electric current to the compressor will be cut off, when the temperature of the compressor is starting to fall (not too hot) then bimetallic contained in this overload will closed again so that the compressor can get back to work. Motor Overload Protector is usually found on the compressor terminal adjacent to the SCR. Overload laying there are two types of Internal and External Overload overload. Internal overload on regular in pairs on External compressor overload 2PK up while it is in use for a small compressor 2PK down. If the compressor in a state of overload will heat automatically open, so that the compressor does not work so only the outdoor fan are spinning / roads as a result of this result can not be cold because the air conditioning compressor died Overload wait a while until it closes again, if this does not work overload suggested change not only with a new one in direct connection to the terminal SCR still have to pass it as a safety overload.
