The role of the AC Compressor System Air Conditioner

Usually a part of the outdoor air conditioning unit which consists of two major components, namely the AC compressor and condenser air conditioning. Motor on AC compressor is a pump that sucks the low pressure refrigerant gas and compresses the gas into a high pressure gas and high temperature. Typically piston moves up and down in a cylinder in the motor air conditioning compressor, refrigerant gases or freon suck air conditioning when the piston down and compress the refrigerant gas which is when the piston moves up. Air conditioner refrigerant gas at high pressure and temperature then left the air conditioning compressor (gas compression will cause a rise in temperature) and into the air conditioning condenser where the gas is cooled into liquid form. In addition to containing the heat from the process gas compression by the compressor motor, the heat also comes from the absorption by the refrigerant in the evaporator (heat the air coming into the building / room). The heat that is formed from this process is blown out by the fan passes air conditioning condenser coil. Liquid refrigerant then returns to the indoor unit.

In principle, the refrigeration system relies on two different kinds of shape change of refrigerant, which is a change from a liquid to a gaseous state and vice versa, changes in the form of liquid to gas. Changes in the form of this refrigerant that removes heat from the room out of the room by absorbing heat during the evaporation process (in the evaporator coil) and releases heat during condensation (in the AC condenser). The pressure will raise the point of evaporation of refrigerant (liquid changes into a gas) or refrigerant condensation point (change from gas to liquid form). In the air conditioner system, the condensation point temperature above ambient temperature (if it is used to cool the condenser coil is air), if not then condensing the refrigerant gas into liquid form will not happen.
